Get to Know Me

Hello and welcome! Let me properly introduce myself…

My name is Sophie and I am a professional vocalist from Cumbria.

I have been obsessed with performing as long as I can remember and my passion has only grown over time. Growing up, I took every opportunity possible to get out and perform; from choir groups and playing the flute in my school orchestra, to dance and classical vocal exams all the way up to grade 8.

At 18, I was accepted into The Scottish Institute of Theatre, Dance Music and Television (formally known as The MGA Academy), where I attained my BA (Hons) degree in Musical Theatre.

Since embarking on my professional career, I have been fortunate enough to have some incredible performing opportunities.

Starting as a lead vocalist at Parkdean Resorts, I performed in 8 different production shows weekly in addition to my own solo cabaret.

Following this I joined the UK’s No1 tribute to Little Mix - ‘Little Fix’, where we toured the UK performing at incredible theatres, festivals and events!

Most recently I have ventured into the solo gigging world and have performed at numerous venues and events throughout Cumbria, including themed brunches, weddings, parties and hotels.
